Z9gt Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the z9gt platform by all members. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using the z9gt platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and all other guidelines published by z9gt from time to time.
To use the z9gt platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
- Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into contracts;
- Not residing in a jurisdiction that prohibits the use of such platforms;
- Registering using personal information that is truthful, accurate and up to date.
Z9gt reserves the right to decline registration or suspend the account of any user who does not meet the above eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the z9gt platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same name, phone number, email address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential;
- Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation;
- Notify z9gt immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.
Z9gt is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the z9gt platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unfair manner;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the functionality of z9gt's systems;
- Making false claims relating to transactions, promotions or gaming activity;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activities;
- Sharing or transferring your account to a third party in any form;
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised or unethical means.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, along with forfeiture of any outstanding credit balances or winnings yet to be withdrawn. z9gt reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
All users are also required to comply with applicable local laws of Malaysia while using this platform. z9gt is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from a user's own breach of the law.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the z9gt platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). z9gt accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including TNG eWallet and bank transfers to verified Malaysian banking institutions.
The terms governing financial transactions are as follows:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time;
- Successful deposits will be credited and processed to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method;
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified and registered in the name of the same account holder;
- Z9gt reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that exceed specified limits;
- Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means or promotion abuse will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
All claimed winnings are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotional terms, where applicable. Withdrawals that have been processed are final and cannot be reversed once approved by the z9gt system.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Z9gt provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors. To the extent permitted by law, z9gt shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses arising from service disruptions, system delays or technical failures beyond z9gt's control;
- Losses arising from game outcomes or bets placed by the user;
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to the use of this platform;
- Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third parties, including payment service providers.
Z9gt's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
6. Account Policies, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
Z9gt reserves the right to suspend or close any user account with or without prior notice if there is any indication that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the z9gt support team. Any valid credit balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to identity verification and applicable compliance checks.
Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an account maintenance fee or automatic closure. A notification will be sent before any action is taken.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials found on the z9gt platform are the exclusive property of z9gt or parties that have licensed them to z9gt. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute or use any such content without prior written consent from z9gt.
Third-Party Links
The z9gt platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including game providers and payment gateways. z9gt is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
7. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Z9gt reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without individual notice to each user. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of z9gt following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this document shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of Malaysia.
